Abrie came home with this little art project she did at school. I thought the painted tinfoil looked kind of cool. So what do I do? Take a picture of it of course!
For those who care, settings were 1/125, 4.0 & ISO 800.

I love kids art! I used to teach two year olds and pre-k and art was my favorite thing to plan for in the classroom!

Very fun! I'd have shot this, too--has a nice abstract feel to it.
This reminds me of something I read from another mom a while back. She takes pictures of all her kids' artwork, that way she'll have memory of them without them taking over the whole home after a while. The paint over the foil does look cool.
Cute cute! I always have a hard time pitching my kids' artwork, so I've started doing what Heather mentioned. . . that way, I can still look back at their creations without them overwhleming our house! :)
Cool. I like the first. I love kid's artwork.

That IS really cool! I take pictures of all my son's artwork (actually scan what I can) with the intentions of turning it into a photobook every year!
So cool. I love the textures in that!
That is cool. Love the textures and colors.
I love it. You have some real talent. Hope you can start getting more stuff from your equipment wish list before long. I wish I had more time to work on my photography!!!
