The Early Bird

Getting up early has its perks, like, um... well... I can only think of one. Like being able to see the sunrise over the tops of the mountains, the feeling of the crisp cool morning air and everything looks so fresh and new (OK, so maybe I could think of three things.)

Well, I was up early this morning, along with every other morning, and took a walk outside to drop Abrie off at school. On the way back I spotted this awesome little spider web that had collected these dew drops; each its own perfect little kaleidoscope. So of course I can't pass by an opportunity to take another picture, now can I?

WOW!!!! this shot is SOO amazing! So pretty! You should try to sell prints of that photo in art shows or something. I really love this. Did you use a macro lens? How do you capture such detail?

These is really unreal! I cant get over the beautiful, pastel colors and the focus on the drops. It just fades so perfectly into all the detail.

OHHH! AHHHH! This is STUNNING! Each droplet looks like a tiny prism, I love how the light reflects in them like diamonds! AWESOME. :)

Beautiful, Ginnie! I love the lighting and composition.
Thanks for the well wishes and prayers for my dad--they're working--his initial test showed no new heart attack. Thank you!
